• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

• Perishable or flammable goods such as firewood or wood pellets that have been opened or used are not eligible for returns due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect upon delivery.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
